I'm a builder. Companies, teams, infrastructure, things that work — I've been doing it for two decades and I still get the same kick out of it.

Right now I'm building Entrada — a Databricks services firm backed by Databricks Ventures. We help Fortune 500 enterprises turn their data into something that actually moves the needle — the kind of companies that can't afford to get it wrong.

Before Entrada, I spent 21 years in enterprise tech — sales, go-to-market, revenue leadership. I've been a CRO, CCO, and built orgs from scratch. But my passion has always been building services companies.

I went to USF and now sit on their Entrepreneurship & Innovation Advisory Board, helping build a $50M incubator fund to give students real pathways from classroom to startup.

Outside of work: I'm a father of three, based in Marin County.
